Payments:
All payments for services rendered on one time projects are due in advance.
Monthly packages will begin on the day of purchase and are good for 4 weeks.
Unused weekly hours will not roll over to the next week, they have no cash value and are not refundable.
Work Submission & Communication:
All work should be submitted via email or client’s own project management system.
It is the client’s responsibility to communicate exactly what work they need to be done and to make sure that all of the elements needed for the project are provided in a timely manner so that we can get the projects done in a timely manner.
NO REFUNDS:
No refunds will be provided to clients for unused hours and/or to clients who decide to discontinue using our services for any reason.
