Below you will find the answers to my most commonly asked questions:
- Who uses the services of a Virtual Assistant? Anyone, from individuals to small businesses, even large businesses use Virtual Assistants for a variety of tasks from simple administrative tasks up to the more technical tasks of Custom Websites and Social Media Marketing.
- Are you willing to set up new packages for tasks not listed? We are always happy to set up packages to meet the needs of our clients. If you need services you do not see listed or would like to have listed services set up in a package that fits your needs better, please CONTACT US so we can discuss your options.
- If I do a retainer package, how does that work? Retainer packages are purchased to retain our services for a certain number of hours per month. These hours can be used any way you choose, whether is it to get a website set up or letting us keep the content flowing through your social media pipeline (and anything in between)!
- What are your business hours? Monday – Friday, from 8am – 5pm EST.
- What services do you offer? We are currently offering Web Design & Social Media Marketing. As well as Retainer Packages that will cover all of the technical tasks included in those packages, plus most administrative tasks.
- What kind of projects are used by clients with a monthly retainer package? Retainer tasks can include anything from setting up websites, adding content, autoresponder maintenance, social media updates or even monitoring your e-mails. As long as the tasks do not exceed the number of hours you have purchased, there are no restrictions to which tasks can be assigned.
- How will I assign tasks to you? Once you decide to use our services, you will be provided with a link to our online ticket system. You can submit all of your assignments via this system. I am always available via e-mail and phone!
- Can I use your service even if I do not have a business? YES! Many individuals, especially bloggers or those with websites, use the services of a VA on a regular basis.
- How long does it take to do a project? It is impossible to set a “specific” time frame per project. General time frames can be set per project, however the project may flow so smoothly that you are done in half the time… or you may run into snags that may take more time to complete. It is our goal to get each and every project done in an efficient and timely manner.
